I'm Leila

From kick-off to classroom: I design what works.

I entered education to help students grow—and along the way, I fell in love with the behind-the-scenes work that helps everyone grow. After four years of teaching, I found my sweet spot in project management and instructional design: creating systems, aligning goals, and designing the kind of learning experiences I always wanted to be part of. I thrive when I’m building, improving, and making things clearer—for teachers, students, and the teams that support them.
